While there are no “rules” for how to set up your home office, the design should increase your productivity and motivate you to keep working. Since we all have different working styles, this will look different for everyone!
The best place to start is by choosing a site and layout free of distractions. This might mean setting up a desk in your bedroom where you can close the door, or choosing to face a wall instead of a window to avoid this.

We’ve all heard of the great vibes – the original WFH! And one of our favorite office decor ideas for extra comfort is adding soft notes to your space. Think: fluffy blankets, fluffy pillows or throws, or pampas grass. This creates an atmosphere of relaxation and comfort…. Tension is not allowed.
Natural materials also make your home office design feel cooler. Plants, flowers, and things like wood make the place more inviting — as if you’re chilling outside instead of working inside.
