Financing is available through Towne and Country Furniture’s flexible credit plan. We have plans for every budget, including interest-free options. Minor changes or adjustments may be necessary after your furniture is delivered. So within the first three days after delivery you can report the delivery or create a problem for the store. We are happy to organize the day of departure of our furniture experts to perform the necessary services. Our service staff are trained professionals to repair many aspects of your home, but if additional assistance is needed, our service representative is on call to ensure your satisfaction. Upholstery fabrics are not covered and the factory warranty supersedes this policy. If necessary, our service department will order replacement products, if available. Usually you have to wait six to eight weeks for the section.
We know that when furniture is delivered to your home, it sometimes doesn’t match your decor. Therefore, in the first three days after delivery, you can contact the store manager to arrange a re-selection or, if necessary, send the product back to the store.
