I’m still surfing the web and doing a personal invite! It’s worth it! All you have to do is Google “free online invitation” and you will see many results. I always post the invite on my Facebook event page or send it via text and/or message to my guests.
Here are some pictures of the table setting. I always try to make the best table decoration without spending too much. It is not necessary! I made dollar chargers (silver plates under paper plates); This gives the paper plate on the table a wow factor. Also, I always use plastic forks and knives, which I usually wash and save for the next party. Then I bought paper plates, plastic tablecloths, napkins and table service cloths from Party City. Lastly, I always buy a bundle of scraps for the table, preferably with a party theme. I like to sprinkle confetti on the table, it adds a simple touch to the decor at a very low cost.
When it comes to paper decorations, you can’t beat the convenience and low cost of purchasing these paper kits from places like Party City (or any party store in your area). A pack of paper decorations goes a long way! If you need to stretch your budget even further, many dollar stores today also have a pretty good selection. I like to look in the “wedding” section of Dollar Tree to find elegant paper products that are less expensive.
As for extra special touches, here are some ideas I brought you for my mother-in-law. I found the gold “A” glitter and thought it was a nice touch since her name is “Alicia”. He also found two shiny gold 7-0 numbers to decorate his gift table. I printed out a simple free label from Pinterest and put it in a frame that I hung around the house. I also used a cheap frame I had around the house and printed a picture of him in his younger years and taped it up. At the end of the party, I gave it as a gift along with the letter “A”.

I also like having ribbon on hand to decorate the cake server and cupcake display.
Birthday Party Activity Ideas For Toddlers And Kids
I had a very simple vanilla cake made with plain white fondant and silver shadows placed in the design on the fondant. Very simple, elegant and cheap. To decorate the cake, I cut out a glitter potato using a Cricut cake topper pattern I purchased from Etsy and attached it to a stick and placed it in the center of the cake. I also had a cute cake stand on hand that I keep for my parties. it is here! Funny!
I usually always pull out my fancy glass dispenser and fill it with juice or punch and always decorate it with a simple ribbon and Cricut. So easy and cheap because I got the tape from the Dollar Tree and had spare cards on hand.
I also found this cute blank sign on Party City and cut the same design on my Cricut with some scrap gold vinyl I had on hand. Make a nice sign on the table.
